Six digits arrive by SMS. Type them, then press Continue.
Once you are in — three things to do today
Look at your paybook. Every shilling you have put in since January 2023, with the balance beside it. If a figure looks wrong, say so today rather than at the end of the year.
Record your next of kin. On your paybook page. If anything happens to you, this is who the group pays your savings to. Nobody but you should decide it, and it needs two witnesses from the group.
Check this month. The portal says whether September is paid and what is left to pay. KSh 5,000 is due on the 10th of each month.
Good to know
No password. Every sign-in uses a fresh code by SMS.
A code is good for ten minutes. After that, ask for another.
Five codes an hour per number. If you press many times, wait.
Only your own paybook is yours to read. The group's totals are everybody's.
Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
If the code does not arrive
Check the number you typed is the one on the register.
Wait a minute — the SMS is sometimes slow.
Read what the screen says. It gives the reason.
Still nothing? Tell the treasurer today, in the meeting, so it is fixed while everybody is here.
